I did an Archive and Install on my G5 Dual 2GHz. I customized the installation so I didn't do any of the extras- no foreign languages, no print drivers (my printer wasn't on the list of supported printers anyway) and no iApps, since I already have the latest versions from Apple's Software Update.

Since I deselected all the other options, the installer did not ask for any further disks after Disc 1.

Everything seems to be working fine, with the exception that the iPod 1.3.1 updater thinks my iPod (non-docking) is already up to date.

Am I missing anything by not installing the extras? Particularly is there anything different in the iApps other than what is available through Software Update?
