I am running 10.3.9. Before I ran the script a few icons were screwed up however thay are all sorted now. So I am thinking the script must have worked for me!

However not sure if this problem is anything due to what I have done incorrectly but I thought I would mention it all the same:

When I ran the script and it got to the end a window came up (see attached image file below). What does it mean? Should I be worried?
