I have an Epson C40UX and I cannot (as others have found) get the Epson Printer Utility to work with the driver being installed for this printer after upgrading to Tiger. It is installing a GIMP driver. I have the old C40UX.plugin from my Panther installation. Where does it go. I have noticed and odd thing about the Printer folder in the Library folder with the OSX System folder. Sometimes it shows subfolders labeled with manufactuers; HP, Epson etc. Sometimes it does not and only show folders labeled PPD, etc. What is that about? Anyway, where do I put the C40UX. plugin file? I stuck it in the Printer Library folder and using the setup utility I still only see the GIMP driver.

Also someone mentioned using "Reset" within the setup utility. Be warned that this blows away all setups!

ANy help woul dbe appreciated.
